Free and Open Source ::mound:: is 100% free and Open Source code written in PHP with a MySQL back-end.  It is released under the GPL license, which makes it free for personal, commercial or academic use.  When similar products require a monthly fee or an upfront investment in the thousands of dollars, ::mound::'s easy and open licensing make it a strong competitor. Manage Development Workflow With ::mound:: you have options for managing your project pipeline. From breaking tickets into three types (Projects, Tasks and Bugs) to grouping tickets into Release Containers for easy management, ::mound:: has the development pipeline under control. Manage Project Deliverables Every ticket in ::mound::, whether it be a bug, task or project, allows for uploading of project attachments and deliverables. This helps to manage project scope, specification and even small scripts and code. There is no limit to the number of files on a ticket and all ticket attachments are aggregated at the release level.	Track Time Time tracking is part of every ticket and time estimation is a dimension of every ticket. This allows for time-based completion calculations on every project.
